Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Inside Sales Representative in Lisbon to drive opportunities across European markets. You will identify needs, engage decision-makers, and build a robust sales pipeline using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications include Portuguese proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1), with 1–3 years in B2B sales. Relocation support may be offered for eligible candidates, and a commission-based incentive is included.

Qualifications

• Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) are mandatory.
• Valid work permit for Portugal is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or Inside Sales.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital solutions.
• Experience with targets and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
