Job summary

Conectys Portugal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to turn conversations into opportunities in a hybrid Lisbon role. You will build relationships with business customers, identify sales opportunities, guide customers through the sales process, and achieve targets using consultative selling.

You'll work with a leading global FMCG brand, benefit from onboarding, coaching, and Salesforce/AI-powered tools, and enjoy relocation support if moving to Lisbon.

Qualifications

• C2 level of Portuguese and minimum B2 level of English – written and spoken.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a contact center environment with a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities using internal Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.
