Inside Sales Representative (AI Solutions) | Lisbon

Are you passionate about technology, AI, and sales? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join an exciting international project focused on cutting-edge AI solutions and digital technologies.

In this role, you will help drive business growth across European markets by identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

What you'll do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Schedule and support discovery and product demonstration meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Work closely with sales and project teams to achieve business targets.
• Use modern AI-powered tools to enhance prospecting and customer engagement.
  

What we're looking for

• English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Valid work permit for Portugal is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, Telesales, or similar commercial roles.
• Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with sales targets and performance-driven environments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is a plus.

• Proactive mindset, resilience, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS, cloud, digital products, or technology solutions.
• Previous experience in outbound sales environments.
• Experience working with commission-based targets.
