CloserHire is recruiting English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal for a full-time day shift, supporting a leading global AI company. You will handle inquiries across channels, assist with billing and access issues, and guide users on product features while delivering high-quality support.

Relocation assistance is included, with a salary package featuring 1259€ per month for 12 months plus apartment and a 200€ variable component.

Qualificações

• Fluent English language required, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with troubleshooting experience.
• Day shift availability and willingness to work 07:00–22:00.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple channels.
• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access issues.
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related problems.
• Guide customers on using products effectively.
• Deliver timely and high-quality support.
