Conectys Portugal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Lisbon to build relationships with business customers, identify opportunities, and guide them through a consultative sales process in a hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes strong communication, bilingual capabilities (Spanish C2, English B2), and experience in customer-facing environments with CRM usage. Relocation support to Lisbon and ongoing sales coaching are available.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish at C2 and English at B2, both written and spoken.
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience appreciated.
Willingness to work in a hybrid contact center environment.
