You will guide, support, and onboard users of advanced AI tools, assist with billing and account management, and troubleshoot platform issues across multiple channels with empathy and speed.

Qualificações

• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Passion for technology and AI innovations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• EU Citizenship or a valid, unrestricted EU Work Permit.

Responsabilidades
