Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support professional to assist users of a leading American AI research and deployment company. You will guide, educate, and resolve inquiries for both consumers and business clients, ensuring they maximize the potential of advanced AI tools.

We offer a 15-day paid training, predictable day-shift scheduling with non mandatory night shifts, and the chance to contribute to a brand shaping the future of technology and innovation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Willing to work 8-hour day shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and train users on navigating and maximizing the potential of advanced AI platforms.
• Investigate technical inquiries, account access issues, billing, and invoicing questions with speed and precision.
• Communicate seamlessly across digital channels (Chat, Email, Phone) to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed service benchmarks while keeping up with rapid AI product updates.
