Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring a customer support specialist to assist users of a leading American AI research and deployment company. You will guide users across chat, email, and phone, helping them maximize the potential of advanced AI tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for AI, emerging tech and digital innovation.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills with a calm, customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

Responsabilités

• Guide, support, and train users on navigating AI platforms.
• Investigate inquiries, account access issues, billing and invoicing questions.
• Communicate across chat, email, and phone to deliver quality customer care.
• Continuously meet and exceed service benchmarks amid product updates.
