Cross Border Talents in Lisbon invites a customer support specialist to guide users of cutting-edge AI tools. You will be on the front lines, helping consumers and business clients maximize value from our AI platforms.

You'll assist across Chat, Email and Phone, troubleshoot issues, educate users, and maintain a world-class service standard while working 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and emerging tech.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Clear communication and customer-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Empower, educate, and train users on AI platforms.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot account access, billing, and invoicing issues.
• Communicate across Chat, Email, and Phone to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive quality by meeting and exceeding service benchmarks amidst rapid product updates.
