You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through advanced generative AI products, and maintain exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native English, strong tech interest, and the ability to work flexible day shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer support or call center environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide reactive and efficient support across chat, email, and phone for individual and corporate users.
• Troubleshoot account access problems and resolve billing and invoicing queries.
• Assist, guide, and educate customers on effectively utilizing the AI platform's features.
