We’re looking for a Creative Design Associate at Agentnoon to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing assets, including white paper visuals, social media graphics (e.g., LinkedIn posts), interactive designs in Figma, video content, and more. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

As a Creative Design Associate, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create engaging user experiences and marketing visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for white papers, infographics, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and website content.

• Develop and edit short-form video content for social media and digital marketing purposes.

• Create and refine interactive design elements in tools like Figma, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across digital platforms.

• Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.

• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and iterate on designs.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and produce final deliverables that meet project goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard or quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.

• Familiarity with design principles for both digital and print media.

• Abillity to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members at all levels.

• High level of accuracy and quality control in all design projects.

• Preferred experience: 2+ years

• Available to work from 7 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time (Canada).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.

• Interest in branding and marketing design.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving.
