We are looking for Young, Energetic, Talented, Sharp Individuals Males & Females who can speak Fluent English confidently for Customer Support (CCR).

This is strictly a No Sales & No Target salary based job. its a fixed saleary base job. Selected candidate will make and receive calls.

Responsibilities
  • Handling, resolving customer queries to their satisfaction level
  • Provide word, excel and secretarial support to clients
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone / email, fax and text messages
  • Keeping a track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist to admin manager in administrative task
  • Comprehensive computer, Internet search and written communication skills.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Respond to public inquiries, handling support calls
  • Maintain and develop professional relations with the existing and new customers
  • Assist the staff as requested
