Overview

We are looking for a talented frontend developer who can work on written and verbal instructions from day one in our office independently. We are seeking 1-2 years of full-time proven experience minimum (experience after completion of education). The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of UI and UX and can create websites with next-generation user experience.

Job Specification

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, Web standards and usability. Design website pages using creativity. You turn out exceptional work quickly and are able to jump in on a project at any point in its life cycle. Ability to code CSS-based, table-less layouts fast with speed and accuracy. We make websites that perform and we continually tweak sites to optimize them. A mindset tuned to efficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Code, customize, configure, and modify design and layout of WordPress themes and plugins required for a specific project.
• Convert PSD / JPG and wireframes or HTML website into fully functional WordPress websites using existing themes.
• Convert designs into pixel-perfect HTML or WordPress templates/themes.
• Hands-on experience of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 or CSS pre-processing (LESS or SASS) would be a plus.
• Must have solid experience of utilizing designing software and tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years full-time proven experience (experience after completing education).
• Excellent understanding of UI and UX; ability to deliver next-generation user experiences.
• Ability to work in Islamabad, Pakistan or be aligned with the Information Technology and Services sector in Islamabad.
