Generate Documentation for internal and external projects with high level of quality (requirements, design, test, and user manuals). Actively following and reporting on the test plan to the Team Lead. Train the team to create and perform automated test cases. Proactively tracking flows in the system (internal and external) and getting the identified issues/flaws rectified. Develop and document processes. Making sure that the processes formulated are being followed. Ensure that the delivered product meets the business goals and performance parameters. Actively pursuing in making the company procedures and policies aligned and compliant with ISO and CMMI Standards. Ensuring that every build is bug free (or the bugs are reported and deployment is approved by Management) and Code versioning process is being followed properly. Identify and train all team to use internet based communication tools. Actively pursuing company goals and objectives. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires extensive work using a computer. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported. Resource shall expect that they will require traveling abroad on the assigned projects.

• Firm knowledge of SDLC
• Firm knowledge and practical experience of different quality assurance methods
• Must know about CMMI standard
