Z-Tech, a tech startup that’s working in conjunction with an established National US company, is looking for a full-time Project Manager that can lead a team of Agile software, web/application developers along with UI/UX. Your main responsibility is making sure your team is happy and excited to work on the projects you delegate to them. You’re responsible for making sure the workplace and culture is a fun and energetic place. The Project Manager is a central information resource and has the overall accountability for the successful delivery of projects. The Project Manager must have the ability to thoroughly understand the solution and agile assets in order to translate client business into working software solutions. The Project Manager will need to be a strong leader and gain the trust and confidence of his/her team and that of the customers.

Job Specification

• 8+ years experience in managing an Agile Development team.
• Passionate to join a new and exciting venture and the thrill of growing a well-funded team of developers that will report directly to you.
• Up to date on the latest Scrum, Sprints, and development techniques.
• Strong understanding of code and programming languages (PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc).
• This is important to gauge a project\'s scope/timeline and know who on your team to assign.
• Ability to assist with projects, continuous integration, and testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Especially in the areas of teamwork and influencing skills, and the ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.
• Meetings should be planned with previously distributed agenda. Discussion points and action items should be recorded and tracked to closure.
• Ability to manage and multi-task across multiple projects.
• Easy and nice to work with while staying professional.
• Certificates: CSM, CSP, PMP
• Fluent in English
