With our expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and back-office administration, we provide comprehensive financial support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable management.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, statements, and tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and financial data.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
