A local technology firm is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Faisalabad to assist customers with order details, product inquiries, and general support. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple chats. This is a full-time role offering an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond to customers to confirm and verify order details.
Ensure accuracy in customer information, order specifications, and delivery instructions.
Respond to customer inquiries with a helpful, friendly, and professional attitude.
Provide support on general questions related to products, orders, and shipping information.
Document and update customer interactions and status notes in the order system.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats effectively.
