We’re currently recruiting for multiple Project Scheduler roles to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact programmes while enjoying flexibility and competitive hourly rates.

As a Project Scheduler, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Programme Directors, and Delivery Leads to develop and maintain integrated project and programme schedules. You’ll play a key role in optimising delivery timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex, integrated schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with the overarching program timelines and milestones.
  • Track progress against key milestones and flag potential delays early.
  • Monitor project and programme schedules against the approved baseline, ensuring all time-related changes follow the change control process.
  • Assess extension of time claims and provide recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling within infrastructure or construction.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
