Our structure comprises of six key business units; Corporate Services, Integrated Catchment Management, Asset Management, Māori Partnerships and Engagement, Policy & Regulation, and the Executive Advisory Group which also consists of the Civil Defence and Emergency Management.
About the Opportunity:
Our Corporate Services team plays a vital role behind the scenes that enables HBRC to deliver high quality services to our community. We are looking for a talented and inspiring leader to take on the role of Group Manager Corporate Services, a key position responsible for shaping and leading the strategic direction and people of our Corporate Services division. This division incorporates Finance, Information Technology, Corporate Support, Legal, Risk and Health and Safety, Procurement and Human Resources.
As a senior member of the ELT and reporting to the Chief Executive, the Group Manager Corporate Services will work collaboratively across HBRC, and with key external stakeholders with our communities and including key Crown Funding Agencies. Additionally, this role serves as the overall sponsor of the Corporate Plan, a key component of the Long Term Plan, which encompasses a substantial capital budget.
