  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients, delivering revenue, yield, and conversion targets.
  • Develop strategic annual plans for long-term clients and present tailored media solutions with a focus on OneRoof Digital.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, collaborating across departments to streamline customer experience and drive growth.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from diagnostics and forecasting to reporting and yield optimisation.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, client needs, and inventory gaps to maximise performance.
  • Champion NZME’s full media suite, ensuring clients receive profitable, audience-focused campaigns.
