The Independent Living team at Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude to join their team on a full-time basis, and there is also an opportunity for a part-time role. These roles involve supporting individuals one-on-one to achieve their goals both in their homes and within the community and are based out of our local Support Centre as part of a team of 30 Support Workers. This position offers a positive, varied, and supportive team environment where every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to work with multiple different people over your workday.
