A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an administrative support individual to maintain various agreements and documents, manage tender processes, and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in business or marketing, strong communication skills, and practical experience through internships or part-time positions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role encourages collaboration with multiple departments while ensuring a clean office environment.
Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities.
Providing support to other departments and managers.
Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
Ensure clean office environment.
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
Coordinate internally with technical, finance, operations, and management teams to obtain necessary inputs.
Involves in preparing tender process.
Tracking tender status: Tracking tender due dates and results, and preparing reports on the status of tenders.
Liaising with departments: Liaising with technical, contract, and procurement departments for advice.
Prepare and update all administrative documents (SSM, company certificates, financial statements, company profile).
Collect technical and commercial information from relevant departments.
Managing office supplies, upkeep & maintenance.
Education: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates may be considered.
Skills: Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of customer service principles. Knowledge in IT is a plus.
Experience: Practical experience through internships, part-time jobs, or entry-level positions
