Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst professional to join our client's team at Tentacle Tech in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This is a yearly renewable contract position, offering the opportunity to provide critical IT support and troubleshoot Outlook and Active Directory issues for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide first-line IT support and resolve Outlook, email, and Active Directory-related issues for our clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new software and hardware
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role, preferably within the IT&C industry
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of Outlook, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems
  • Well Conversed in English
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure
