Technical Account Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the Company:

Join a leading cloud technology provider – the only company in the region with 7 cloud platforms under one roof (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, and more). Work on innovative cloud projects across APAC, delivering cutting‑edge solutions and helping businesses migrate, optimize, and manage cloud environments.

Your Role:

• Provide technical support and cloud services to clients, ensuring system reliability and satisfaction.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud systems and databases for high availability and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and apply cloud best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operational guidelines.
• Liaise with China-based clients and projects, requiring fluency in Mandarin (speak, read & write).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent).
• Proficient in at least one cloud platform; knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus.
• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Java) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Cloud certifications are an advantage.
