A global technology group is seeking an Operational Excellence Expert in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role focuses on leading Lean initiatives, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/ Production and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel are required.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operational Excellence Expert to lead and support our journey towards continuous improvement and sustainable performance. In this role, you will drive impactful Lean initiatives, coach cross-functional teams, and help foster a culture of excellence across the organization.
