Job summary
A manufacturing company in Kota Tinggi, Johor, is seeking a qualified individual to supervise grinding plant operations. The role involves leading shift personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and managing equipment issues. Candidates should hold a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering and have 1-3 years of experience in plant operations. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and the willingness to be on standby.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in plant operation.
- Experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery is essential.
- Willingness to be based in Kota Tinggi and on standby.
Responsibilities
- Supervise grinding plant operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Manage shift personnel including task allocation and supervision.
- Coordinate with maintenance for resolution of equipment issues.
- Conduct inspections and ensure ash quality meets standards.
- Maintain accurate operational and incident records.
Skills
Education
Supervise grinding plant operations to ensure safe, efficient performance and achievement of production targets.
Lead and manage shift personnel, including task allocation, supervision, and shift handover.
Coordinate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and prompt resolution of equipment issues.
Enforce safety compliance, conduct inspections, and ensure bottom ash quality meets required standards.
Review and maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and incident records.
Job Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
1-3 years of experience working in plant operation, troubleshooting industrial machinery.
Willing to be based in Kota Tinggi, Johor and be on standby.
