Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations: receiving, loading/unloading, labelling, packing, allocation, and requisitioning.
• Verify incoming materials, check quantities, and manage discrepancies or damaged items.
• Process Delivery Orders, ensure accurate picking, documentation, and coordination with transporters.
• Monitor stock levels, update records, and raise replenishment requests.
• Conduct and reconcile monthly/periodic stock counts.
• Issue materials based on production requisitions.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and restrict unauthorized access.
• Prepare required inventory reports and support Production and QA/QC.
• Train store staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems, stock count procedures, and documentation.
