Lead and coordinate hospital operational projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to hospital standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure project alignment with operational needs.

Work closely with the biomedical team to ensure timely maintenance, calibration, and servicing of medical equipment.

Monitor equipment downtime, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor performance.

Support procurement and replacement planning for medical devices.

Oversee external service providers including housekeeping, pest control, linen/laundry services, and clinical/non‑clinical waste management.

Ensure service quality meets hospital standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews of vendors.

Assist the Head of Department in managing building maintenance, safety compliance, and infrastructure issues.

Support inspections, maintenance scheduling, and coordination with contractors for facility repair works.

Ensure compliance with safety, fire regulations, and hospital accreditation requirements.

Assist in managing operational claims and ensure timely submission and closure of claims.

Prepare operational reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for management.

Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and procurement activities related to operations.

Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and compliance records.

Act as a key liaison with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle escalated operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Support adherence to regulatory standards, hospital SOPs, and accreditation requirements

Perform any other duties as assigned and/ or directed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field.

Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a private hospital or healthcare facility.

Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.

Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Familiarity with CKAPS licensing, hospital layout planning, and MOH compliance processes is highly preferred.

Experience in managing facility maintenance and hospital operations will be advantageous.

Additional certification in project management (e.g., PMP), facilities management, or healthcare compliance is an advantage.
