Programming Operator
Job summary
A technology solutions provider located in Gelang Patah, Johor, is looking for candidates to operate programming and marking equipment in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting. Ideal applicants should have at least a Certificate or Diploma, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry. Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts from morning to night. Benefits include medical and life insurance, bonuses, and more.

- Ability to work on 3 rotating shifts on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate programming and marking equipment following quality instructions.
- Process customer orders for various programming processes.
- Follow active Standard Work Instructions strictly.
Skills
Education
Monday to Saturday (3 shifts rotating, weekly).
Morning: 7am to 3.15pm
Afternoon: 3pm to 11.15pm
Night: 11pm to 7.15am
Arrow Electronics PTP, Gelang Patah, Johor
- Set up and operate programming, marking and tape & reel equipment following quality operating instructions (ETQ) or Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
- Process customer orders focusing in one or more programming process (Auto, Tape & Reel, Manual Programme, Order Prep/Labeling, Visual, SGRI & Gateship).
- Set up and operate programming, laser marking, ink dot and tape & reel following quality operating instructions (ETQ) and strictly follow the active Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
- Process customer orders in 1 or more programming station / platform.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior / Team Lead.
- SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduates.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience working in electronics manufacturing industry or warehouse.
- Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts (weekly rotation).
