Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years in medical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and sustain BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
  • Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
  • Create technical knowledge and transfer to operators and associates.
  • Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage manufacturing unit change control and quality events.
