Join Our APAC Team in Malaysia as a Mandarin & Cantonese-Speaking Virtual Travel Consultant. We’re seeking a dynamic Virtual Travel Consultant specializing in Lifestyle Management to complement our APAC team.

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling leisure travel requests for our global members. You will handle scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flight-only requests, with a high volume of first and business-class bookings, and provide top-tier service that ensures exceptional member satisfaction and repeat usage of our concierge services.

Proven Industry Experience:

• Expertise in dedicated cruise ship sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.
• Hands-on experience as a Cruise Specialist within a travel agency (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in flight sales with complex itineraries and multi-sector routes, ideally using Amadeus or similar GDS systems.

Destination Knowledge & Passion:

• Enthusiasm for a wide variety of leisure and city destinations.
• Track record of creating bespoke luxury holidays for high-net-worth clients.

Customer-Centric Approach:

• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
• Ability to act with tact, diplomacy, and problem-solving finesse in all interactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail, even under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and drive to excel in the role.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong team player with collaborative interpersonal skills.

Languages:

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken).

Flexibility: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week role on a shift basis. Candidates must be flexible to work between 07:00–22:00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
