Job summary
A local perfumery company located in Rawang, Selangor seeks an experienced individual to manage data entry and accounting records. Responsibilities include filing monthly reports, preparing bank reconciliations, and handling import shipment documents. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy, has relevant work experience, and possesses strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. This position offers opportunities for those who can multitask and work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Working experience in the related field required.
- General computer and word processing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry and update accounting records.
- Filing & prepare Monthly Report.
- Prepare bank reconciliation & follow up on reconciling items.
Skills

- Manage data entry and update accounting records on a daily basis.
- Filing & prepare Monthly Report.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor or manager.
- Prepare bank reconciliation & follow up reconciling items.
- Handle SST / Import Shipment Documents.
