Job summary
A financial services firm located in Batu Caves, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage complete sets of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable. Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting and proven experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This position involves processing payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Ability to handle full sets of accounts and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Experience in processing payments and financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage banking matters.
- Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation.
