Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (Accounting) to join the dynamic team at our company in Kapar, Klang. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting operations.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expenses for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts.
  • Providing bookkeeping support and preparing reports required by management.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. SQL).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Mandarin language skill will be a big plus.
