• Role: Vice President of Operations - Ultra-Luxury Resort & Private Residential Community
• Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico
• Salary: USD $250,000 - USD $450,000 per year + incentives + benefits

A leading international real estate and resort ownership group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations with experience in Ultra-Luxury Resort Destinations, to oversee all operational functions of a landmark ultra-luxury master-planned community on Mexico’s Pacific Coast. The destination combines championship golf, high-end hospitality, private residences, and world-class shared amenities.

You will have executive responsibility for the operation of the entire estate, including:

• Golf operations
• Maintenance and engineering
• Landscaping
• Security
• Homeowner association services
• Resident and guest experience.

Working closely with ownership, senior leadership, hotel operators, and HOAs, the role ensures the community operates to the highest international standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall operations strategy for the resort and residential community.
• Oversee multidisciplinary operational teams and third-party providers to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
• Direct golf course operations, member services, events, and related hospitality functions to achieve financial and brand objectives.
• Manage maintenance, engineering, security, and landscaping to protect asset value and uphold the estate’s luxury positioning.
• Oversee budgets, performance reporting, and operational risk management across all functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, government authorities, contractors, and HOA boards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resort, golf, or large-scale residential community operations.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-function luxury environments with high service expectations.
• Strong financial, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
