The candidate will deliver training and support for inbound customer support agents, requiring a strong background in BPO training and the ability to adapt content to meet operational needs. The ideal applicant has over 3 years of experience, solid knowledge of inbound accounts, and advanced English skills. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a training role.

• High level of experience facilitating training in fast-paced environments.
• English level: C1 (Advanced/Fluent).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Overview

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central time.
