Formación

• Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software experience with good understanding of either Java or Python language.
• Experience with CI/CD environment and tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops and maintains technology systems for use by external and internal customers.
• Oversees system performance monitoring and identifies issues.
• Investigates and resolves critical incidents and problems.
• Implements remedies and preventative measures.
• Manages application maintenance and performance tuning.
• Directs service support activities and application retirement.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for quality standards.
• Drives continuous service improvement and maintains best practices.
• Coordinates disaster recovery testing and leads reviews.
