We are currently seeking a Technical support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Performs basic trouble‑shooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Good client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skillset is preferred.
