Success Engineer Full-Time | Remote (Mexico) Were hiring a Success Engineer for a fast-growing AI automation company building intelligent agent systems for real-world operations.

Ideal for technical builders who love owning customer success end-to-end from integrations to onboarding to long-term adoption.

Role Overview

You’ll serve as the technical owner of the post-sale customer journey, leading implementation, architecting integrations, and driving ongoing product adoption. This role blends solution engineering, data pipeline development, API integrations, and customer-facing consulting. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure every deployment is successful, stable, and scalable.

What You’ll Do
  • Implementation Onboarding – Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation scoping. Build and validate ETL pipelines (Python, SQL, integration platforms). Configure API/MCP integrations with systems like CRM, ERP, and FMS. Deploy AI agents and establish performance baselines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track progress in Notion/Slack.
  • Customer Success Adoption – Monitor system health and troubleshoot integration or performance issues. Run workshops and train customer teams on new features. Maintain customer playbooks, documentation, and best practices. Identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • UAT Quality Assurance – Set up UAT environments with production parity. Build and execute test cases (load testing, data integrity, agent accuracy). Track defects and work with Engineering through resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement – Analyze logs and telemetry to optimize performance and scalability. Standardize reusable scripts, runbooks, and integration blueprints. Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering. Contribute to technical case studies and customer success stories.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong enterprise integration background (APIs, SDKs, webhooks); Proficient in Python, SQL, and data engineering fundamentals; Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, CRM / ERP / FMS platforms; Skilled at troubleshooting complex system issues; Comfortable with performance tuning and UAT processes.
  • Customer Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator able to simplify technical concepts; Confident running discovery, workshops, and executive briefings; Organized project leader who manages timelines and milestones; Trusted advisor who acts with ownership and proactivity.
  • Product Mindset: Gathers structured feedback to influence product roadmap; Enjoys documenting and standardizing processes; Capable of writing clear technical narratives and success stories.
