Raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation of the Catering & Conference Services Department while personally planning, selling and servicing catering & conference business. In the absence of the Director of Catering & Conference Services, assume full responsibility for the operation of the Catering & Conference Services Department.
College education preferred
3-5 Years experience as a Catering or Conference Services Manager in a full service resort or hotel, of which 2 years was specifically selling and servicing the Corporate and Social markets and handling weddings.
