A leading furniture manufacturer is seeking a skilled Buyer/Inbound Logistics Planner to supervise purchasing and cycle counting teams, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. This role demands advanced organizational and problem-solving skills, along with leadership experience. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration and 2 - 4 years of purchasing experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in E1, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Up to 5% travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Leadership/Supervisory experience.
• 4 years of purchasing experience.
• English basic proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to purchasing and cycle counting teams.
• Manage inventory through MRP system.
• Resolve material shortages and supply disruptions.
• Review and audit purchasing procedures for effectiveness.
• Investigate causes of inventory discrepancies.
