A logistics technology company is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance their brokerage technology platforms. This remote role involves ensuring software stability, optimizing applications, and collaborating with teams for updates and improvements. Ideal candidates should be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, have a Bachelor's degree, and possess at least 2 years of software development experience. Reports To: Software Engineering Manager
Location: Mexico
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

As a Software Engineer at Redwood Logistics, you will be responsible for the stability, quality, and evolution of our brokerage technology platforms. This role emphasizes system reliability, automated testing, break/fix response, and continuous improvement over pure feature development. You will ensure our software operates efficiently in production environments while enabling future scalability and innovation.
