• 10+ years of experience with Civil Society Organizations, preferably in child/youth welfare.
• 5+ years developing funding proposals and securing significant grants.
• Proficient with cloud-based databases for managing grants.

• Acquire financial grants from institutional and international donors.
• Develop strategies for grant acquisition aligned with the Country Strategic Plan.
• Manage a portfolio of grant opportunities and relationships with donors.
