Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep experience in BigQuery and AI / LLM tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment to perform complex data analysis, identify patterns, resolve anomalies, and clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & SQL Expertise

Write advanced BigQuery SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and geospatial functions (e.g., ST_GEOG).

Extract, analyze, and validate sample datasets based on defined criteria.

Conduct complex multi-dataset analysis to identify similarities, differences, schema variations, data quality issues, and content uniqueness.

Communication & Documentation

Present insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.

Create visualizations, documentation, and presentations for technical and business audiences.

Communicate effectively during stakeholder discussions, providing quick, accurate, data-driven responses.

Problem Solving & Data Quality

Identify and resolve data anomalies (duplicates, outdated data, inconsistencies).

Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot complex data issues.

Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all data outputs.

Adaptability & Execution

Respond quickly and accurately to ad-hoc data requests.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proactively explore datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities.

AI / LLM Tools

Utilize AI / LLM technologies to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and detect data issues.

Identify and recommend opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into data processes.
