A multinational agricultural technology company is seeking a Sales Lead to drive the adoption of robotic milking solutions in Mexico. You will build relationships with dairy farmers, generate sales, and collaborate with headquarters. The ideal candidate has experience in direct sales, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and knowledge of dairy farming is a plus.

Are you ready to drive the adoption of Lely’s innovative robotic milking solutions in Mexico? Lely is expanding its business and entering the Mexican market. As Sales Lead, you will be the key commercial representative in the market, responsible for building strong relationships with dairy farmers, generating awareness, and converting interest into sales. You will act as the link between the Mexican market, the headquarters business team (located in the Netherlands), and the wider Lely network, ensuring alignment on sales strategy, proposition delivery, and market development.
You will drive the growth of new sales opportunities, including direct farm visits, and work closely with local and HQ colleagues to ensure successful adoption and after-sales support. Your efforts will directly contribute to Lely’s mission to support farmers in increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
As Sales Lead, you will drive the growth and adoption of Lely’s robotic milking solutions in Mexico. You will engage directly with farmers, build strong relationships, and translate interest into tangible sales. You will also provide valuable market insights to HQ and collaborate closely with local colleagues to ensure successful proposition delivery and after-sales support.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven professional with proven experience in direct sales, ideally in agricultural or technical solutions. You thrive in pioneering markets, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and can influence and consult with confidence. Knowledge of dairy farming is a strong advantage.
