• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar fields.
• Experience in SQL or similar querying languages.
• Experience with LatAm merchants is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively monitor merchant technical health.
• Manage technical incidents reported by merchants.
• Support technical change requests.

Technical understanding of online payment ecosystems

Incident management experience

Excellent communication skills
