Sales Manager - Bloom Works (Remote, Full-Time)

Join Bloom Works, a fast-growing landscaping and construction company based in Los Angeles, CA.

We're redefining outdoor living with top-tier services, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead the charge in driving revenue, building relationships, and helping our business scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle: respond to warm leads, schedule and conduct virtual meetings, deliver persuasive proposals, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing Bloom Works with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets while tracking performance using a monthly scorecard.
  • Oversee accurate documentation of all sales communications in our CRM.
  • Collect and analyze client insights to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to sales strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on updates for social media, website, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales management or senior sales roles, with a history of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with comfort in virtual selling.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities.

Preferred Experience

Tools & Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet and personal computer.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.
  • Comfortable with digital communication and CRM tools.
Schedule
  • Full-time (minimum 44 hours per week)
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST (on-call from 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM PST (on-call from 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $21,000 MXN / month
  • Paid vacation: 2 weeks annually
