Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.
• Proficient in IPC-A-620 standards.

Quality Inspector LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a quality inspector for a short term project in Hermosillo, Mexico.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in the Denton and surrounding areas
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
• Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications
• Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)
• Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances
• Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bilingual / fluency in Spanish required
• Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods
• Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
• Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills

Preferred

• Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620
• Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering
• Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturingPreferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector
