WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements

• At least 5 years of previous experience in similar positions managing :
• 360 communication campaigns and / or projects: digital, PR, creativity, Influencer Marketing, marketing experiences, and events.
• Methodologies (PMI, PMO, Scrum).
• SOW control.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Activities

• Plan assigned projects, prepare documentation (SOW and timesheet).
• Implement the strategy for execution by assigning teams, structure, and processes.
• Monitor projects, ensuring the proper use of resources and project profitability.
• Responsible for the project development timeline, establishing processes, and identifying possible issues.
• Distribute the workload within the assigned team.
• Provide performance reports of the team and project follow-up documentation.
• Evaluate project completion, including team evaluation and the overall project.
