Una empresa de gestión de proyectos en Veracruz busca un Project Manager para planificar y supervisar proyectos, garantizando su ejecución a tiempo. El candidato ideal debe tener habilidades de liderazgo, ser bilingüe en inglés, y tener 2-4 años de experiencia en entornos creativos. Se ofrece un contrato a tiempo completo y prestaciones superiores a la ley. La vacante es 100% presencial.

Descripción del empleo

The Project Manager is responsible for helping plan and oversee projects within International rnm, starting from a client brief, following through the process and ensure on time completion.

This position supervises execution, assign resources, and allocate budget to each project.

It is important for a project manager to make sure all organization activities build on brand challenges.

This position also requires overseeing and participate in the recruiting process for freelance and full‑time openings within the creative teams.

The Project Manager also act as liaison between the project team, procurement, accounts, operations and senior management.

Main Activities

1. Understanding the process, abilities, and necessary techniques to bring a project to life.
2. Organize and assign resources for on‑time delivery.
3. Planning and leading different projects administering daily workflow from all subsidiaries.
4. Programming and sequencing execution capabilities to optimize costs and throughput.
5. Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
6. Problems Identification and reporting solutions directly to senior management
7. Making daily reports on the progress and activities carried out by the different teams

Fulfillment of the general goals of the projects, such as :

• Determine the execution standards required for each process stage and workflow related chain of activities.
• Perform and ensure all scheduled activities within each project is followed.
• Work with external project stakeholders, securing information.
• Keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the project.

• Proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously and experiences in managing multi-disciplinary talent.
• Strategic thinking, process administration and capacity forecasting
• Strong analytics and problem‑solving abilities.
• High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and self-confidence.
• 2-4 years working in a creative studio, production house or similar environment
• Bilingual English (is a must)
• Process control software knowledge is a plus.
